RoSS Software Modules
RoSS comes with a comprehensive curriculum to train for motor and cognitive skills required to operate a surgical robot. RoSS also has a suite of simulated surgical procedures for a fellow or resident to follow, and recreate the surgical steps of an expert surgeon.
- Basic Skills Module

- Improves hand eye coordination and teaches basic robotic surgical skills such as:
- Tissue Cutting
- Knot Tying
- Needle Driving
- Needle Manipulation

- Fourth Arm Manipulation
- Vessel Clipping
- Basic Orientation Module

- Develops competence in the use and maneuvering of camera access in the surgical field, proficient use of dominant and non- dominant hands, improved recognition of visual and depth perception, and the safe use of robotic surgical instruments:
- Camera navigation
- Robotic arm control and orientation
- Safe synchronous camera and arm movement
- Use and maneuverability of a fourth arm
- Clutch and wristed instrumentation

- Recognizes and develops necessary technical and cognitive skills for specific steps during robot-assisted surgeries with virtual in-vivo anatomy based scenarios and procedures with various levels of complexity, including:
- Radical Prostatectomy
- Hysterectomy
- Cystectomy
